We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days (often referred to as the ‘cooling off period’) from receipt to return products for any reason (as long as they are unused and in original packaging) for a full refund (including initial outward post and packaging costs) however this does not include the buyers return postage costs for sending the item back to ourselves. If your order is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel, you will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and provide photos of the item and any further issues to firstname.lastname@example.org or within a eBay message, we will be unable to further process the return until we have received this. We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange / refund. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage. If any part is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the part back to you.
Please note all products must be installed by a qualified mechanic at registered garage. Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and breach the returns policy If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement product once the original product has been returned to our Return Department for assessment and verification of the fault. If the fault develops after 28 days but within the warranty period, please contact us via eBay message and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to our Returns Department for assessment and verification of the fault. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing. Based on the manufacturers’ opinion and further subject to clause 1.1 and 1.2 , we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer’s opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement. If Goods become faulty during the period of the Warranty for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions or misuse of the Goods, you must notify us in a message
We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.
The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods’ manufacturers’ instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval. Under no circumstances will we cover any postage cost, labour fees, customs charges (overseas customers) or any other additional costs.
